These terms apply to online orders placed with La Gloriosa for frozen Colombian food delivered in Thailand. By submitting an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you agree to these terms.
1. Seller Information
La Gloriosa operates from Bangkok, Thailand. Contact us at orders@example.com, +66 00 000 0000, or LINE @colombiakitchenbkk for order questions, delivery coordination, or after-sale support.
2. Orders And Acceptance
Products shown on the website are invitations to order. An order is accepted only after we confirm availability, delivery area, payment status where relevant, and customer contact details. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, delivery cannot be safely completed, payment cannot be verified, or the order details appear incorrect or fraudulent.
3. Prices, Taxes, And Minimum Order
Prices are shown in Thai baht. VAT and applicable taxes are included in listed prices where applicable. Delivery fees, minimum order value, and free-delivery thresholds are shown before checkout and may change before an order is submitted.
4. Payment
Available payment methods may include PromptPay, bank transfer, PayPal, and cash on delivery. Transfer and PromptPay orders are manually checked before a paid invoice or paid confirmation is issued. PayPal orders are confirmed after PayPal reports successful payment. Cash on delivery may be limited by delivery area or order review.
5. Frozen Delivery
Food is delivered frozen and sealed in insulated packaging. You are responsible for being available at the delivery address, receiving the package promptly, and moving the products to a freezer as soon as they arrive. Delivery timing depends on courier availability, traffic, weather, building access, and cold-chain availability.
6. Food Safety, Allergens, And Storage
Products may contain or be prepared near common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, corn, soy, seafood, nuts, and other ingredients. Product descriptions are provided for guidance and should be checked before ordering. Keep frozen products frozen, follow heating instructions, and do not refreeze food that has thawed.
7. Changes, Cancellations, Refunds
Because these are frozen food products, orders cannot normally be returned after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order before it is packed or dispatched. If an item arrives damaged, thawed, missing, or incorrect, contact us on the same day with photos so we can review a replacement, store credit, or refund.
8. Customer Information And Privacy
We collect order information such as name, phone number, email, address, payment method, receipt image where relevant, and delivery notes to process orders and provide support. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy page and applicable Thai personal data protection requirements.
9. Electronic Records
Orders, checkout submissions, payment confirmations, emails, and invoices may be created and stored electronically. You agree that electronic records and communications may be used for order processing, customer support, accounting, and dispute review.
10. Limits Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to the price paid for the affected products and delivery fee for the affected order. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, missed delivery attempts, improper storage after delivery, or events outside our reasonable control.
11. Thai Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it quickly and fairly. Mandatory consumer rights under Thai law are not excluded by these terms.
12. Updates
We may update these terms as the shop, payment methods, delivery areas, and legal requirements develop. The version published at the time an order is submitted applies to that order.
